Eddie Deen knows the catering business. From his small lakeside barbecue restaurant in Wills Point, Texas, back in 1980, Eddie Deen has built one of the largest catering businesses in the nation. Eddie was raised in East Texas on his mother's home cooking, and uses many of her recipes in his restaurant and catering operations.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Eddie began applying scientific methods to the meat smoking process. This careful attention to detail brought Eddie Deen fame not only statewide, but also nationally as the top barbecue caterer in Texas.

But don't just take our word for it. Others have great things to say about Eddie Deen as well. In 1995, Eddie Deen & Co. was chosen to cater Governor George W. Bush's Inaugural celebration. Not only was Eddie Deen able to serve 14,000 guests in just 45 minutes, they were voted best Inaugural event. In 2001, Eddie Deen served as the official caterer at the Presidential Inauguration for George W. Bush. He served over 32,000 people during the 11 day celebration.
